As a certified Reiki Master, I offer beginner courses for Reiki Levels I and II as well as the Reiki Master Level. Classes include the Usui/Holy Fire® III method of healing and takes place in a small group setting. Reiki I and II are taught either together in a 2-day intensive class or separately based on your preference.

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS:

Reiki Level I focuses on self-healing and is ideal for students looking to heal their physical and emotional bodies. This includes learning different ways to restore and balance your energy as well as applying Reiki as a daily practice. During Reiki Level I you will learn about the history of Reiki, how it works, how to scan your body for blockages in the energy field, self-treatment, scanning for others, and learning standard hand placements. The course includes attunements (placements) which is high frequency energy healing given in a meditative experience. You will receive course materials, completion certificate, and resources including a special gift to aid in your healing process. Journaling your experience and having time for discussions will also be part of this class.

• The Healing Touch Reiki I/II class manual (178 pages)

• History of Reiki and how it works

• Learning Dr. Usui Reiki and Holy Fire Reiki energy attributes 

• Learning and practicing self treatment using Byosen self-scan and hand positions 

• Using Reiji-ho (inner guidance to know how and where to treat)

• Overview on the subtle energy system body and balancing chakras

• Self-healing practices, grounding techniques, clearing energy

• Hands on practice (using a standard treatment and hand positions with the group)

• Reiki Level I placement (attunement) with meditation

• Usui/Holy Fire® III, Reiki Level I certificate and post-class practices

Reiki Level II is ideal for students who wish to have their own Reiki practice with clients, use Reiki healing for others, and apply distant healing. It will also include learning and using Reiki II symbols which include the Power symbol (increases the power of Reiki), the Mental/Emotional symbol (used for healing emotions, thoughts, and relationships) and the Distant symbol (used for sending Reiki distantly). This class also includes time for practicing the scanning technique and hand placements by having a Reiki session with others in the group. The course includes attunements (placements) which is high frequency energy healing given in a meditative experience. You will receive course materials and resources including a special gift to aid in your healing process. Journaling your experience and having time for discussions will also be part of this class. You will receive the completion certificate along with a guidance for continuing your practice after the class and next steps should you wish to continue with Level III (Reiki Master).

• Learning Reiki Level II symbols and receiving attunement (placement) with meditation 

• Working with Reiki energy to heal others

• Learning how to use Reiki and symbols for pets, plants, food, crystals, etc.

• Learning how to use Reiki and symbols for addressing old habits and patterns

• Distant healing methods

• Reiki for empaths and sensitives and cleansing one's energy field

• Tips and resources for setting up your own Reiki practice

• Usui/Holy Fire® III, Reiki Level II certificate and post-class practices

Reiki Master is for those who have completed Reiki I & II, ready to deepen their practice, and strengthen their healing energy to use for self-healing or healing others. Ideal for those looking to deepen their practice and utilize advanced techniques. This includes learning and using the Master symbol. Usui/Holy Fire® Reiki provides purification, healing, empowerment, and guidance. You will receive and learn Placements and Ignitions, which are a much simpler form of attunements. (Note that Placements and Ignitions are the Holy Fire equivalent to attunements of other Reiki styles.) After completing this class, you will be able to teach Reiki classes if you choose to do so.

• The Usui Master symbol which increases the effectiveness of the Reiki II symbols and can be used for healing 

• The Usui/Holy Fire III Master Placement (attunement) which increases the strength of your Reiki energy and empowers the Usui Master symbol

• Exploring higher levels of consciousness, deepening your connection to your authentic self, and working with healing the ego

• Learning a Holy Fire Healing Experience to help direct deep healing energies for yourself and others

• Receiving four Ignitions (attunements) that upgrades your Reiki energy that allows you to channel stronger and more effective Reiki energy, as well as expand your intuitive guidance

• Learning how to make a Reiki crystal grid to continuously send Reiki to yourself and others

• Learning how to do a moving meditation

• Instructions on how to give placements for Reiki I through the Master Practitioner level, the ignitions for Reiki Master, how to conduct the Healing in the River of Peace Experience, and all processes to be able to teach the class

• Learning how to give yourself placements and ignitions

• Practicing using the Usui Master symbol and Holy Fire symbols in treatments

• Practicing both giving and receiving Reiki and exchanging feedback with fellow students

• The values and spiritual orientation of a Reiki Master, code of ethics and standards of practice 

• Tips to develop a Reiki practice (personally and as a business)
